双亲节圆满服务Parent’s Day Remembrance Service Set B

规则与条件 Terms & Conditions
1. 此服务将于2021年5月23日在汝莱孝恩园进行。孝恩同仁将在先人墓前/塔位前代家属献上心意。
This service will be provided at Xiao En Memorial Park, Nilai on 23 May 2021. Xiao En staff will perform the dedication service at the pre-described plot/niche.

2. 孝恩双亲节圆满服务由即日起至2021年5月19日下午5点接受订购。
This service is open from now until 5pm on 19 May 2021.

3. 注意/Attention：
a) 请订购者在付款时在“Notes or Instructions (Optional)” 一栏写上一位欲悼念的先人中英文名字和塔位/墓地号码，以便孝恩集团进行资料处理。
Please leave the full name (Chinese & English) of the ancestor and the plot/niche number in the "Notes or Instructions (Optional)"column when making payment, to assist Xiao En Group in document processing.

b) 订购者也需在“Notes or Instructions (Optional)”注明祝福卡片上要写的文字，中文文长不超过50字，英文文长不超过25字。
Please leave your notes to be printed on the wishing card in the "Notes or Instructions (Optional)"column. Chinese message must not exceed 50 words, English message not exceeding 25 words.

c) 订购者也需提供姓名、手提电话号码与电邮地址。孝恩集团会在服务后7天内提供照片给订购者。
The purchaser must also provide their name, mobile phone number and e-mail address to allow us to send the photo to the purchaser. Xiao En will send photo of the dedication done to purchaser within 7 days.

d) 服务只限填写一名先人姓名。
Only one (1) ancestor name is required.

e) 食品饮料含蛋、牛奶和/或牛油。
Food and beverage items contain egg, milk and/or butter.

4. 订购者付费后，任何要求取消服务或退款事宜将不受理。
No cancellation nor refund will be entertained after payment has been made.
